Registration for the upcoming 2010/2011
season under way.
The Registrars will have the registration
forms for all returning players at the registration evenings and
any updating of personal information can be made directly onto
the Registrar’s copy of the form. You will only have to bring
your payment to register. In previous years the registration
forms have been mailed out, however we have chosen not to have a
mailing this year. If you are a new player, blank forms will be
available at our registration sessions or you can download the
form in PDF format from the CORA website. Additional
registration details are currently available on the website.
Registration is encouraged to be done in
person on one of the registration evenings; however the
completed and signed form, with payment, can be dropped off or
mailed if you are unable to attend either of the registration
evenings (CORA Registrar, 214 Beech Street, Ottawa, ON, K1Y
3T5).
The upcoming summer registration evening will
be held on Wednesday, August 11th from 7:00 to 9:00 pm at the Jim
Durrell Complex, 1265 Walkley Road (just east of Bank Street).

Our Association is operated entirely by volunteers. We
are very fortunate to have a tremendous number of people who work
tirelessly for the betterment of this association and ringette. Every
parent should consider joining our executive.
We have a solid group returning from the current
executive, but we do have a few key positions that are vacant for the
2010/2011 playing season.

Would you be surprised to learn that the registration fee
for girls hockey in Ottawa is $625 and that for boys hockey at Ottawa
Centre the registration is $525? At CORA (City of Ottawa Ringette
Association) the fee is only $365 per year.

that? |
