In preparation for Tryouts, CORA is once again offering spring conditioning session.  This year, participants can select individual conditioning sessions that work for their schedule, rather than committing to a full series.

Priority will be given to CORA Players (2023-24), with out-of-association players allowed to register in March for any remaining spots.

At U14, there are session on the following dates

• Mar 21 Thursday McNabb 8 PM - 5 SPOTS LEFT
• Mar 25 Monday McNabb 7 PM - 4 SPOTS LEFT - OR 8 PM - FULL; the 8 PM session is a combined U14/U16 ice time.
• Mar 27 Wednesday St Laurent 8 PM - FULL
• Mar 29 Friday Sandy Hill 9 AM - 6 SPOTS LEFT
• Apr 1 Monday Barrett W 8:15 PM- FULL
• Apr 6 Saturday Walkley 4:15 PM - 2 SPOTS LEFT - OR 5:15 PM - 5 SPOTS LEFT; the 5:15 PM session is a combined U14/U16 ice time.
• Apr 7 Sunday Tom Brown 3 PM - 4 SPOTS LEFT OR 4 PM - 1 SPOT LEFT; the 4 PM session is a combined U14/U16 ice time.
• Apr 12 Friday Walkley 6:15 PM - FULL OR 7:15 PM - 8 SPOTS LEFT
