Refund Policy

There are a number of fixed costs once our season gets underway, as such, our Refund Policy is as follows:

Withdrawal BEFORE August 31

Withdrawal BEFORE September 30

Withdrawal BEFORE October 31

Withdrawal AFTER October 31

All fees except $50

All fees less $100

All fees less $150

No refunds.

NOTE: All credit card transactions are subject to a 3% processing fee, including refunds. RO fees/dues are non-refundable after September 2nd.
