CORA U14 & U16 competitive teams participate in power skating sessions at St. Laurent on most Mondays. There are 19 sessions in total.  Teams are responsible for ensuring a qualified trainer is on the bench for each session.

The fee for the 2024-25 Competitive Power Skating Program is $342.
