The first step is to create the team on the LERQ/LRQ website. Do this by navigating to the LERQ/LRQ website http://membres.ringuette-quebec.qc.ca. and then following "Equipes - Gestion des Equipes - Formation (you may need to use the Google Translate button if your French is not strong). Creating the team allows you to use pull-down menus when entering game data for home games.

Enter all player names and numbers. You do not need actual health insurance numbers. Several teams seem to enter dummy numbers and leave out a lot of information. You do need to add players and coaches if they are not already registered under Members (Membres) on the LERQ/LRQ site.
