Please join us on June 17th at 6pm for CORA’s annual meeting of members (confirm start time based on room reservation), which will be held at Ellwood Hall (Jim Durrell Arena)

The AMM is an official meeting where members have an opportunity to hear from the board on

  1. CORA’s general operations through the President’s report
  2. CORA’s finance, through the presentation of current financial statement by the treasurer
  3. Any other businesses as presented by the board or members in attendance.

Members have an opportunity to provide comments ad feedback on those reports and any new business.

Members will also have the opportunity to:

  1. Elect new directors to the board
  2. Vote on any proposed bylaws amendments or changes

Note that we will be presenting a minor bylaw amendment to clarify existing language in the bylaws. Details will be provided on the official notice to members via TeamSnap.
