Goalie ClinicsHi Everyone, It's that time again. Time to encourage all of your goalies to take part in the fall session of the goalie clinics. This is a great way for goalies of all levels and ages to get an hour of varying shots and practice game situations. Once again this season, Ottawa and Nepean will host these sessions jointly. They will commence next Monday, November 2nd and continue over the dates, times and arenas listed below:
Level 1 - for younger/house league goalies ie. Novices, Petites (Except AA) and Tween B&C Level 2 - for competitive goalies and older goalies
We will not be requiring a shooter from each team. There will be a set range of shooters from Tween AA to Junior AA (we will only be responsible for providing shooters for the Ottawa sessions at Carleton. I will contact various coaches to bring shooters). This will allow for focused attention for the younger goalies and a higher degree of difficulty for the competitive goalies. We also encourage one member of the bench staff to attend to get an idea of some of the drills your team might want to use during practices.
If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact me.
I look forward to seeing all of our goalies at the rink. Thanks, Mitch Director, Player Development |
